Born in a rural town outside of Pittsburgh, Kurt Graham is the youngest of three boys and a diehard Steelers, Penguins, and Primantis fan. His parents instilled in him the importance of hard work, compassion, and independence. Having spent his entire adult life in South Florida, Graham believes that Pennsylvania’s warmheartedness and Florida’s easy access to iconic hotels, restaurants, and entertainment shaped his passion for the luxury hospitality industry and his compassion towards everyone he meets.  

Prior to joining TMGOC Ventures, Graham spent eight years as Director of Property Operations for The Boca Raton, where he managed an operational team of over 150 and helmed the multiphase design and execution of a $300 million renovation of a nearly century-old resort. In 2019, he was instrumental in the transition of the near billion-dollar sale to new owners.  

Now, as Vice President Development & Construction for TMGOC, Graham selects and manages the design and development teams. He creates structures and policies for all future development operations, reviews potential future assets for purchase and feasibility, provides support and guidance for asset-level operations, manages all third-party architecture, design, engineering, and construction partners. In his down time, Graham enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, working out, and trying out local and destination restaurants and bars.
