Rhiannon Dixon is an accomplished executive support professional with more than twenty years of experience serving senior leadership in luxury real estate, bespoke goods, and private home offices. Her career spans the U.S., U.K., and Australia, where she has built a reputation for discretion, operational rigor, and high‑touch service.

Rhiannon has supported Glenn Alba since the founding of Opterra Capital, contributing to the firm’s operational strength and executive workflow from its earliest stages.

Prior to this role, she served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of Continental Properties, providing wide‑ranging executive and personal assistant support across operations, communications, and implementing and maintaining organizational strategies.

Earlier in her career, she advanced through leadership roles at Mrs. John L. Strong Company, directing retail operations, special client services, marketing initiatives, and boutique management while providing comprehensive executive support.
