Gabriella Ferrel brings a globally informed perspective and hospitality-driven foundation to her role in development support and project coordination. Raised in Placencia, Belize—a tourism-centered coastal community—she developed an early understanding of how environment, service, and design shape both guest experience and community identity.


Prior to joining the development team, Gabriella worked within a landscape architecture firm specializing in exterior finishes and materials. As Front Desk and Sample Room Coordinator, she supported design and construction teams through material logistics, procurement tracking, and client coordination. Her role required precision, organization, and an understanding of how thoughtful material selection influences long-term project quality and brand expression.

Earlier experience in retail sales in New York City strengthened her client engagement skills, adaptability, and performance in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.


Gabriella’s background reflects a strong blend of hospitality sensibility, construction support expertise, and operational discipline—bringing both structure and service awareness to complex development initiatives. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and Economics, providing a foundation in operational systems, financial principles, and strategic coordination.
