Nick Wood

Nick Wood serves as the Vice President of Investments at TMGOC Ventures, where he oversees strategic investment initiatives and portfolio management. Before joining TMGOC Ventures, Wood held the position of Portfolio Manager at Fairfield, where he directed the management of a $1 billion multifamily value-add fund and a $300 million subordinated debt fund, demonstrating his expertise in complex financial instruments and real estate investments.

Wood brings a breadth of experience from the hospitality investment sector, where he played a key role in acquiring and developing properties across the United States. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in investment banking, holding positions at Morgan Stanley and a leading Canadian bank, where he honed his skills in capital markets and corporate finance.

Wood earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and leadership. His diverse background positions him as a dynamic leader in the investment and real estate sectors.
