Saumil Chheda

Saumil is the Chief Technology Officer of TMGOC. He is responsible for underwriting new investments encompassing individual asset and portfolio acquisitions, land and new development opportunities, and market and investment analysis. He also leads investor relations and risk efforts management across The Montford Group.’s portfolio. Additionally, Saumil manages all of company’s current information technology needs and future direction.

Saumil is a multifaceted business, operations and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in building startups, leading global teams, and successfully engineering multiple exits including his last venture, Blisstering Solutions.

He has founded, co-founded or invested in 14 technology and product ventures and has participated in real estate transactions worth $200M+ across Hospitality, Office, Multifamily and Retail.

Prior to working with The Montford Group., Saumil held numerous executive positions at Iksula including President of Sales, President of Technology and Chief Solutions Officer. He increased company revenue by 100 percent and delivered triple digit EBITDA growth through process and operational efficiencies, and by investing in people and technology. He has also played several product and engineering management roles at various Silicon Valley organizations.

Saumil holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work, Saumil is passionate about fitness, wellness, and animal welfare.
