Stefano Roca

Stefano Roca joined TMGOC as an Investments Associate in early 2022, where he is responsible for screening and underwriting new deals. Since joining the TMGOC team,

Stefano has assisted with nearly $200 million in successfully completed acquisitions and developments.

Prior to joining TMGOC, Stefano worked as an Analyst with Sterling Organization, a private equity real estate firm, where he gained experience underwriting and performing due diligence on retail real estate transactions totaling over $300 million.

Stefano graduated from Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration in just three years. His exceptional academic performance included a perfect ACT score and a 4.0 cumulative GPA. During his time at Cornell, Stefano worked as a teaching assistant for both finance and microeconomics courses.

Outside of work, Stefano maintains a healthy work-life balance and gains inspiration for his professional contributions through weight lifting and playing chess. He is based in Boca Raton, FL.
